About Carl L. Robinson

Named in honor of Carl L. Robinson, the Carl L. Robinson HEAT Retreat recognizes a decorated Army veteran, former El Paso City Representative, and El Paso County Commissioner who dedicated his life to public service and community advocacy. Robinson served Northeast El Paso for years with a deep commitment to youth, families, veterans, and underserved residents, always guided by his belief in “making the community a better place to live.”
